An interactive geography and world-knowledge game — built to make learning the world a daily habit.

What is Globe Streaks?

Globe Streaks is a free, web-based geography and world-knowledge game. Players can test and build their knowledge of countries, capitals, flags, populations, economies, and more — through a range of interactive quiz and challenge formats.

The game is designed to be quick to pick up, satisfying to return to daily, and genuinely educational without feeling like a textbook. No account is required — progress is tracked locally in your browser.

What you can do

Daily Challenges

Two fresh challenges every day: World Daily (ten geography questions) and GlobeDrop Daily (locate cities on the globe). Complete both to build your combined streak.

GlobeDrop

Place a marker on a 3-D globe to pinpoint cities, landmarks, and geographic features. Your score is based on how close you land — every kilometre counts.

Geography Quizzes

Ten quiz modes including capitals, flags, population, GDP, land area, currency, official language, silhouette, continent, and GDP per capita. Play globally or filter by continent.

Country Maps

Click the correct country on an interactive continent map. Work through every country on a continent, one click at a time.

Cities Quizzes

Country Profiles

Look up facts, statistics, and export data for individual countries.

Data and sources

Country statistics — including population, GDP, and land area — are sourced from publicly available World Bank datasets. Trade and export data comes from UN Comtrade via World Bank WITS. Geographic information including country names, borders, and flags reflects widely used international standards and may not capture every territorial dispute or recent political change.
